We have been staying busy since our last post! Ashton had his 15mo check-up; he was 76% in height, 75% for weight, and it looks like he is finally growing into his head its down to 96%!! LOL There was a warm streak one week in November so we tried to take full advantage of it...we went to the park a couple times and to the Zoo with Ashton's friend Lincoln. Ashton liked the Zoo but is still not that interested. However, he did like the Dolphin tank because we were surrounded by water and the dolphins were swimming all around us...he just sat there and starred at the dolphins and the water reflections on the walls and floor. Ashton and Lincoln got little stuffed animals to remember their visit together.
We went to St. Louis for the week of Thanksgiving, though we have no pictures to show, we had a great time! When we got back, Brian and I did some 'winter' cleaning and got the Christmas decorations up. Ashton loves the tree, he always goes over to it and points at each ornament (one at a time)...and when he is mad he goes over and pulls the ornaments off the tree, like leaves the tops of the ornaments in tack but 'breaks' the decorative part off and brings it to me! Isn't he sweet!
Ashton has developed a love for stuffed animals. He has his panda, monkey1, and monkey 2 that he sleeps with and he always pulls a few more out during the day to cuddle with (the bigger the better). Here he asked a few of his 'friends' to join him for a ride.
He also likes to have his friends around when he is having his evening milk after bath time.
Ashton just had his last ophthalmologist appt until he is 3 years old!!! YAY! He had to have his eyes dilated, which was an experienced, but they said he has not developed any vision problems from his hemangioma! Other than that we have just been busy with Christmas shopping and running around! I'll leave you with a picture of Ashton all bundled up :)
